The bell service offered helpful options, allowing easier and more convenient travel arrangements. The receptionist was nice and efficient. I was assigned a renovated room on the 20th floor. The Chinese Restaurant serves very good food.

The room needed to be upgraded. It was very old and dated. the bathroom needed renovating.

I appreciate the hotel location near the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station. Mira Place shopping mall are also a short walk. The hotel staff helped weigh luggage and arrange a taxi.
I waited a long time for them to arrive.

i found the location very convenient for dining. the breakfast had good options too. the staff was friendly, helpful, engaging and courteous. our room was clean and spacious. beds were very comfortable.
there was a lack of usb sockets in the room.
