small room stained carpet
The location was acceptable. It was close to many restaurants.
the room i booked was quite disappointing. it was smaller than expected (i almost tripped over my luggage). the carpet had some questionable stains, and the air conditioning unit rattled all night. it was hard to sleep.

the staff were cute. they helped us with our luggage while we waited for check-in. they cleaned our room daily.
The room needed to be upgraded. It was very old and dated. the bathroom needed renovating.

fantastic location short walk helpful staff
I appreciate the hotel location near the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station. Mira Place shopping mall are also a short walk. The hotel staff helped weigh luggage and arrange a taxi.
The elevators experienced delays. I waited a long time for them to arrive.

friendly staff comfortable bed unreliable elevator usb socket
i found the location very convenient for dining. the breakfast had good options too. the staff was friendly, helpful, engaging and courteous. our room was clean and spacious. beds were very comfortable.
the elevators did not function well at times. there was a lack of usb sockets in the room.
